Mapping & Land Surveys

The fastest way to gain valuable data and 3D models

What is mapping?

A 3D map is created by using a technique called photogrammetry. Simply put, photogrammetry is making measurements and models from photos. Usually this technique is used by many industries including construction, architecture and agriculture but can be applied to almost any industry. Drones can now create a map or 3D model using photogrammetry in the fastest and safest way possible and are now the go to technology for this.

What we do

Using a drone, we can accurately survey and map construction sites and monitor progress, supply you with topographical data, volumetric analysis, orthomosaic aerial imagery, digital surface models, high-resolution 3D models and 2D maps. These can be done frequently to document site progress to keep you updated on the project timescale. The completed maps/surveys will be delivered to you via cloud based software or in files to suit your current software. Output formats include .tiff, .obj, .kmz .jpg and more.

Why use a drone?

As with all of our services, we can produce amazing results in a fraction of the cost and time compared to traditional methods. For example, it can take only minutes for a drone operator to collect all the data needed for a complete 3D model/map of a small field or just a few hours to map a large construction site. Drones for mapping are now being used across industries such as construction, architecture, agriculture and archaeology.

Prices

Prices for mapping services depend on the size of the area needed to be mapped (in acres), so we quote on a case by case basis. Please contact us and we will get back to you asap with a quote.
